DELIVERY COVERAGE

MIRACLES Wear delivers to all governorates across Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and all other cities and villages served by our courier partners.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram @wearmiracles to stay updated.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can contact us directly at any time for a live update on your delivery status.

DELAYS & ISSUES

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will resolve it promptly.
